Web Content Wow: Relaunching our new and improved services

We first launched Web Content Wow in 2003 as a web content provider for site owners on a budget.
Back then, we were just like any other web content provider. We didn’t stand out, we stuffed articles with keywords, and really didn’t give any value to the people who were reading them.
But things are about to change. We’ve rebuilt ourselves by looking at our old mistakes and finding solutions so we can avoid making them again.
One major mistake we’ve made in the past was poor customer support. Since our senior editors were the ones checking the emails, calling the clients, writing some of the articles, proofreading all the articles… well, it became too much for just one or two people to handle.
Now, we have a dedicated customer support person (Hi, Denise!) who answers all the queries as they come.
Another mistake we’ve made was that we obsessed too much about the SEO (search engine optimization) aspect of our articles. Since then, we’ve changed our approach to writing. Our focus now is to get higher conversion rates for our customers and give a better experience to the readers.
Sure, we still do SEO, but what’s the point of SEO when website visitors find nothing of interest once they get to your site?
We also had only a few writers on our team, 4 part-time writers at most. This meant slower turnaround times, especially during busy months.
We now have 2 senior editors, 7 full-time writers, and we’re looking to hire more. We’ve made sure that this time around, we are fully staffed to meet all our clients’ needs - and to meet those needs on time.
Boy, that sounds like we had some tough times in the past. Well, we did. The only thing that got us through that is our passion for The Work. We love writing online content. We take it seriously. We keep pushing ourselves to be better at it. We already are.
Yes, we sucked. Yes, we were ordinary. But starting now, we are going to wow you.
